Clifton Payne

Clifton Payne has extensive experience in property management, administrative support, and military leadership. Currently self-employed in temp leasing since January 2018, Clifton also serves as a receptionist at S2 Capital, LLC since February 2017. Previously, Clifton held the position of Assistant Property Manager at Pinnacle Management Services from August 2014 to March 2016, where responsibilities included addressing resident concerns and setting standards for leasing agents. Military service includes roles as Platoon Sergeant and Barracks Manager in the US Army, overseeing large teams and managing significant property and equipment inventories. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Trident University International, attained in 2014.
