Kris Merkel is the current President & CEO of S2 Corporation. Prior to this, they were a Senior Research Scientist at Montana State University from January 1998 to December 2005.
Kris Merkel has a Ph.D. in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Washington, an M.S. in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Washington, and a B.S. in Physics from Georgetown University.
