Franz Hochstrasser is a seasoned professional in environmental management and finance with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Finance at S2 Strategies, Franz is dedicated to addressing climate change through collaboration with governmental and philanthropic organizations. Additionally, Franz holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Climate Access Fund, focusing on financing community solar projects for low-to-moderate income households. As the Founding CEO and Co-Founder of Raise Green, a marketplace for local impact investing, and CEO and Co-Founder of New Haven Community Solar, Franz emphasizes the importance of clean energy solutions. Furthermore, Franz contributes to academia as a lecturer at Yale School of the Environment and has held various teaching and research positions at Yale University. With a Master's degree in Environmental Management from Yale and a Bachelor's degree in Politics and Linguistics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Franz combines academic expertise with practical experience in the field.
