Tom Sullivan is the Founder & CEO of S7 Real Estate and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of S3 Capital. They previously worked as an Analyst in Capital Markets at HFF and Jones Lang LaSalle, where they underwrote financial models and prepared marketing materials for various transactions. Earlier in their career, Tom held internships at WORTMAN & NEMEROFF, P.A. and Wells Fargo Advisors, gaining valuable experience in legal research and wealth management. Tom earned a Master’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
