Lorenzo Brunetti

Lorenzo Brunetti is a skilled professional with extensive experience in technical support and diverse roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Centralized Technical Support and Help-Desk operator at Arka Service Srl since December 2017, Lorenzo provides helpdesk support for Portugal and Brazil. Previous experience includes a traineeship at Câmara Municipal de Lisboa, where document translation and brochure creation were key tasks, as well as administrative support roles at Politecnico di Torino and Università degli Studi di Torino. Lorenzo has also participated in a journalism traineeship and assisted in organizing athletic events. Lorenzo holds a Master’s degree in Lingue Straniere per la Comunicazione Internazionale and a Bachelor's degree in Scienze della Mediazione Linguistica from Università degli Studi di Torino.
