Mika de Marolles currently serves as the Legal & Contracts Manager for S3NS, a Thales x Google Cloud joint venture, since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mika held various legal positions at Thales from February 2017 to October 2023, focusing on Critical Information Systems, CyberDefense Solutions, and Commercial Avionics, dealing primarily with international business law and contract management in the aerospace and cybersecurity sectors. Mika’s experience also includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel at LATÉCOÈRE, where expertise in sales, procurement, and corporate law was developed, as well as earlier roles at Thales Alenia Space, Total, and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, encompassing a range of legal responsibilities in public sector contracts and IT law. Mika holds two Master’s degrees in International and European Law and International Business Law from Uppsala University and Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, respectively, and completed studies at Ecole Européenne de Contract Management.
