Sohail Jivani

Sohail Jivani has over 20 years of work experience. Sohail began their career in 1999 as an Assistant Manager Audit and Business Advisory Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2001, they took on the role of Financial Controller at the Agha Khan Foundation UK. In 2008, they moved to The Whitehead Mann Partnership LLP as a Group Accountant. In 2009, they joined Smith & Nephew as the Director of External Reporting and Group Financial Manager. In 2017, they became the EMEA Group Finance at Cushman & Wakefield and the Group Reporting Consultant at Johnson Matthey. In 2019, they were a Group Reporting Consultant at Just Eat Takeaway.com. In 2021, they took on the same role at Mitie. Sohail's current role is Head of Financial Reporting at S4 Capital Group, which they began in 2022.

Sohail Jivani obtained a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan between the years of 1994 and 1999.
