Matt Sweetman has a diverse work experience in various marketing and management roles. Matt is currently the Head of Brand & Digital Marketing at S4labour, where they have been working since February 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Growth and Marketing Manager at S4labour from September 2021 to February 2023. Matt also worked as the Digital Marketing Manager at S4labour from January 2019 to February 2023. Before joining S4labour, Matt worked as the Operations Director at Inside Homes Limited from June 2015 to January 2019. Matt also has experience as the Owner of Lettings Avenue from July 2014 to July 2016. Matt's earlier roles include being the Marketing Manager at The Letting Game from January 2011 to September 2014, and the Marketing and Lettings Assistant at The Letting Game from January 2011 to August 2011. Matt started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Rise Technical from September 2010 to December 2010.

Matt Sweetman has a Master's degree in Housing from the University of the West of England. Matt also has a degree in Politics, with a focus on Public Policy Analysis, from the same university. Prior to their university education, Matt attended Kineton High School. Matt has obtained several certifications including "Telling a Story to Build a Community," "Communicating In the Language of Leadership," "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers," and "ARLA."
