Pradip Sarnaik

Pradip Sarnaik is a professional with extensive experience in agricultural operations and project management. Currently serving as Cluster Head at S4S Technologies since December 2023, Pradip oversees all business operations and is responsible for project management, development, and expansion. Previously, as Head of Procurement at Mersel Foods Pvt. Ltd from November 2022 to November 2023, responsibilities included team management, plant operations, and inventory management. Prior roles include Senior Executive Cluster Agronomist at Absolute®, where Pradip focused on grape, onion, and pomegranate crops while conducting farmer meetings, and Market Development Officer at Syngenta, involved in sales, marketing, and product development. Pradip holds a Master in Agriculture from Marathwada Agricultural University, gained between August 2018 and August 2020.
