Emily O'Shea possesses extensive experience in project management and governance within the forensic and satellite applications sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Effectiveness at Satellite Applications Catapult since February 2021, Emily oversees the Governance and Risk team and previously led the PMO team as Delivery Governance Manager. Prior work includes roles as Head of Project Management and Programme Manager at P2i, and Senior Project Manager at Cellmark Forensic Services. Earlier career positions included Project Manager, Team Leader, and Forensic Scientist at Orchid Cellmark, along with forensic roles at LGC Forensics and Forensic Alliance. Emily's foundational education includes a Master of Science in Forensic Engineering and Science from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Biochemistry from the University of Leicester.
