Isaac Muke

Isaac Muke is a highly experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Nurse Consultant in the Mental Health Co-Responders Team at CALHN since June 2025, providing acute emergency assessments for mental health consumers contacting the South Australia Ambulance Service. As a co-founder and director of Liberty Journey Healthcare since September 2023, Isaac Muke has further enhanced the mental health sector. Previous roles include mental health nurse and care coordinator with SA Health since March 2016 and acting clinical coordinator for the Western Community Mental Health Service. Isaac Muke also has a breadth of supervisory experience from the University of South Australia and holds multiple relevant degrees, including a Master's in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing and a Bachelor's in Nursing.
