Adil Avunduk

Adil Avunduk has had a diverse range of roles and responsibilities throughout their work experience. Adil began their career at Hotel Bellwether as a Restaurant General Manager, where they worked from June 2002 to May 2007. Adil then joined Cipriani as a Restaurant General Manager from July 2007 to February 2009. After that, they worked at Soho House & Co as a Food and Beverage Manager from March 2009 to September 2009. Avunduk then moved to Casa Lever, where they served as the Director of Hospitality from September 2009 to August 2013 and later as the General Manager from August 2013 to August 2016. Adil then joined Sant Ambroeus as the General Manager from August 2016 to January 2021. Currently, Avunduk holds the position of Director of Operations at SA Hospitality Group since January 2021, and has recently been promoted to the role of Vice President of Business Development from May 2022.

Adil Avunduk attended Lynn University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. Prior to their university studies, they attended the İstanbul Özel Saint-Joseph Fransız Lisesi / Lycée Français Privé Saint-Joseph d'Istanbul from 1990 to 1998, however, no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
