Antonio Aliotta

Antonio Aliotta serves as the Corporate Wine Director for SA Hospitality Group since September 2021. Previously, from December 2008 to November 2021, Antonio held the position of Operations Manager at Sant Ambroeus, where responsibilities included daily operations management, beverage program oversight, cocktail creation, and hospitality, managing a team of 12. Earlier experience includes roles in Food & Beverage Operations at Sant Ambroeus, retail sales at Botticelli Shoes, and bartending at Club Med. Antonio holds an Associate’s Degree in Metal and Jewelry Arts from Istituto D'Arte S. Fiume, attained from 2001 to 2006.
