Steve Siamidis has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Steve started their career at MetLife in 2014, where they worked as a Process Improvement Consultant, identifying finance process savings and infrastructure budget process gaps. Steve then transitioned to the role of Vendor Relationship Consultant at MetLife, where they managed relationships with external vendors. In 2016, Steve worked as a Business Process Engineer at Cigna as a contractor. Currently, they serve as a Program Manager at SA IT Services Inc., where they established a new support program for a large financial institution, managing revenue, staff, SLAs, and profitability.
Steve Siamidis earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction in Political Science from McGill University. In addition to their degree, Steve has obtained certifications including the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2014. Steve also has certifications in Black Belt and Green Belt from Hewlett-Packard. Furthermore, Steve has completed the HIPAA Awareness for Business Associates program at HIPAATraining.com.
