Reymond Ramos

Reymond Ramos is an experienced professional in power system protection and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Field Officer (Commissioner) at SA Power Networks since January 2006. Responsibilities include the commissioning of protection and high voltage (HV) equipment for generation, distribution, and transmission substations, as well as providing mentoring and technical support to maintenance crews. Prior to this role, Reymond held the position of Team Leader HV Protection Maintenance at Manila Electric Company (MERALCO) from November 2001 to January 2006, where duties involved maintenance, testing, and commissioning of substation protection equipment. Reymond holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
