Yoel Dagmy

Yoel Dagmy possesses extensive experience in the scrap recycling industry, having held various managerial positions over several decades. Currently, Yoel serves as the ISRI West Coast Chapter Chair and Regional Buyer at SA Recycling since April 2009. Prior roles include Purchasing Manager at Pacific Coast Recycling, where responsibilities included overseeing the acquisition of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, and General Manager of Purchasing at Hugo Neu Corporation, handling purchasing across all feeder yards. Yoel's career also features significant roles at Hiuka America and Orange County, focusing on scrap purchasing and logistics. Yoel started in the industry at National Metal as General Manager, managing union contracts and purchasing operations. Education was completed in Israel-USA.
