Madihlare Tloubatla

Madihlare Tloubatla has worked in various roles throughout their career. Madihlare started at FNB Randburg computer centre in 2003 as a network administrator, where they worked until 2005. Madihlare then moved on to Glenrand MIB, where they worked as a Technical Consultant/Administrator from 2006 to 2008. Finally, they joined SA Taxi Finance in 2008 as a Projects Administrator, where they were responsible for managing IT operational projects, documenting and updating project plans, providing accurate feedback, supporting the project team, and coordinating project meetings and workshops. Madihlare also handled vendor and service provider liaison, project administration and resource management, configuration management database system updates, and problem escalation and solving. Additionally, they maintained project documentation, created and maintained a project filing system, and participated in project phase closeouts.

Madihlare Tloubatla began their education at St. Luke's Senior College in 1993 and completed their matriculation in 1994. From 1997 to 2000, they attended Vaal Triangle Technikon, where they pursued a degree in information technology. During their time at the Technikon, they studied various subjects including information systems, mathematics, digital systems, software development, and networks. In 2009, they enrolled in BMT College-PMSA and studied project management, earning a degree in project management by 2010. Also in 2010, Madihlare attended Foster-Melliar and received certification in ITIL Foundation V3, specializing in service and change management.
