Menzi Ngwato

Menzi Ngwato has over 12 years of experience in the financial sector. Menzi started their career at African Bank in 2008 as a Debt Collector, where they successfully pursued overdue loan and credit card accounts. Menzi also assisted clients with insurance claims processing and debt rescheduling options. In 2014, Menzi joined SA Taxi as a Credit Controller, where they ensured adherence to credit control and accounting procedures and actively pursued customer payments. In their most recent role at SA Taxi as a Credit Analyst, they assessed credit applications, verified documentation, analyzed affordability, and provided feedback to clients. Menzi has demonstrated strong skills in credit management and debt collection throughout their career.

Menzi Ngwato attended ICM College from 2014 to 2015, where they pursued an Advanced Certificate in Credit Management. Prior to that, in 2011, they briefly attended the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika for a Higher Certificate in Public Relations/Image Management.
