John Carr

John Carr is a seasoned professional with a robust background in water and wastewater management, holding various leadership roles at SA Water since April 2011, including Manager Network Monitoring & Interfaces and Manager Field Operations Regional. Previously, John spent 15 years at United Water International in multiple engineering and management positions related to water treatment and network operations. John’s career began at the Engineering & Water Supply Department, where roles included Engineer in Wastewater Treatment and Construction. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Infrastructure Management from The Australian National University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of South Australia.
