Bength Scherberg has extensive experience in the field of logistics and supply chain management, with a career spanning over three decades. Since August 2006, Bength has held various leadership roles at Saab, including Infrastructure and Compliance Manager, Supply Chain Development, and Director of the Logistics Department. Prior to Saab, Bength gained valuable experience at SPM Instrument as a Supply Chain Manager and at Saab Aerotech in multiple roles, including Project Manager and Production Coordinator. Bength began the professional journey as a Technician at TV Centralservice i Eskilstuna and briefly worked as a Teacher at S:t Eskils Skola.
