Camilla Dahl

Camilla Dahl is an IT Manager in Shared and Corporate IT at SAAB, where they continue to leverage their 19 years of experience in software development, leadership, and coaching. Previously, they served as a Consultant Unit Manager at Nexer Group, where they recruited and coached software developers while managing CI/CD deliveries in the automotive industry. Camilla also held management positions at Volvo Group Trucks Technology, focusing on test and verification of embedded systems and operational efficiency for large teams. They co-founded Corify AB, where they developed leadership programs for junior female managers and engaged in various startup activities. Camilla holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Chalmers tekniska högskola and has studied Social Psychology at Göteborg University.
