Edwin Mashinini

Edwin Mashinini has over two decades of experience in quality management and operational excellence, currently serving as the Executive Manager of Quality Management Operations at Saab since July 2003. His career at Saab includes roles such as Deputy Head of Quality, Vice President and Head of Supply Chain, and Executive Manager: Head of Production, where Edwin played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and consolidating production divisions. Prior experience includes operational management at Thamela Technologies and industrial engineering positions at Boart Longyear. Edwin holds multiple qualifications from the University of Johannesburg, including a Master of Commerce in Business Management and a Master of Technology in Business Administration, alongside a strong foundation in operations and industrial engineering.
