Emma Berglund

Emma Berglund currently serves as the Head of Product Unit Giraffe 1X at Saab, having held multiple leadership roles within the organization since 2012. Key positions include Head of Surface Design, BU Surface Sensor Solutions, and Manager of the Project Management Office in Engineering, where responsibilities involve overseeing the execution and delivery of airborne radar development projects. Prior experience includes directing liaising management for Saab's R&D unit in India, managing a new ERP implementation, and participating in a project management trainee program. Emma also has experience as a consultant with Findwise AB, and held roles at Ericsson and Volvo Group focusing on logistics and inventory management. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Management and Economics of Innovation from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
