Joakim Ekström

Joakim Ekström is a graduate of the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, holding a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration at Södertörn University College. With approximately 20 years of experience in the Saab Group, Joakim has held various leadership roles spanning project management, business development, and advocacy within the defense and security sectors. Joakim served as Vice President and Head of Western Europe at Saab, overseeing marketing and sales across multiple countries, and has also contributed to the AeroSpace and Defence Industries Association of Europe as a member of key committees focused on security and economic interests.
