Karin Sacklin

Karin Sacklin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, industrial engineering, and business development across multiple organizations. From January 1996 to April 1997, Karin began a career at Ericsson as a Project Manager and Industrial Engineer, focusing on logistics and business system improvements. Experience at Roxtec International AB from June 2008 to September 2010 involved establishing a market organization and developing market strategies. At ITT Flygt, spanning from January 2004 to May 2016, Karin served as Six Sigma and Lean Champion and later as Director of Business Development, where Karin led process improvements and strategic planning. Currently, since June 2022, Karin holds the position of Avdelningschef Shipbuilding Engineering at Saab Kockums AB, following a tenure as Områdeschef Industrialisering from May 2019. Education includes a Master’s Degree from Luleå University of Technology and Lean Green Belt certification from the University of Michigan.
