Karl's early career includes roles at Academic Work and as a consultant at RecPro, where they provided advisory services to various organizations. Karl obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Stockholms universitet and completed military service as a Squad Leader at Försvarsmakten Luftstridsskolan.
