Karlen Lars

Karlen Lars is an accomplished professional in the field of airborne surveillance systems with extensive experience spanning multiple prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Saab Surveillance Systems, Karlen has held significant roles at Saab AB since 2007, including Vice President of Business Development for Airborne Surveillance Solutions. Prior to this, Karlen was Division Manager of Airborne Radar Systems at Ericsson Microwave Systems AB from 1995 to 2005 and also served as Vice President and General Manager of Airborne Radar at Ericsson Microwave Electronics from 1995 to 2004. Karlen completed a degree at Hvitfeldtska Gymnasiet in Göteborg and furthered education at Chalmers University of Technology from 1973 to 1977.
