Richard Paul has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in international business transactions. As Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Lockheed Martin International from January 2018 to April 2024, and as General Counsel for International - Rotary and Mission Systems, Richard played a vital role in corporate legal affairs. Previously, Richard was a partner at Hiscock & Barclay, LLP from 1990 to 2010. In addition to practical legal experience, Richard has served as an Adjunct Professor of International Business Transactions at Syracuse University College of Law since January 2009. Richard currently holds the position of Deputy General Counsel at Saab, starting in May 2025. Richard holds a BS in Accounting from Utica University and a law degree from Syracuse University College of Law.
