Roger Johnsson

Roger Johnsson has extensive experience in the technology and engineering sectors, having worked at Saab AB since October 2001 in various leadership roles, including Product Platform Owner for Training & Simulation and multiple managerial positions within Software Engineering. Responsibilities have included managing teams of up to 18 employees and 18 consultants, overseeing budgeting and financial follow-up, conducting salary negotiations, and handling personnel recruitment and conflict management. Prior to Saab, Roger held roles at CSC as a Team Leader and Technical Project Leader in telecommunications, and at Gallup Group and SoftCom as Head of IT. Additional experience includes consultancy and project leadership for software and hardware development at EC Konsult AB and IT management at Tarkett.
