Rushabh Kathote

Rushabh Kathote is a Structural Analysis Engineer at Saab since September 2025, leveraging prior experience as an Airframe Stress Engineer at Heart Aerospace from January 2022 to August 2025, where responsibilities included development and maintenance of the Heart ES-30 and X1 GFEM and providing guidance on stress analysis. Earlier roles included Junior Airframe Stress Engineer and Master Thesis Student, along with contributing as a Jr Engineer at a School of Industry Oriented Engineering and Solutions from December 2017 to May 2020, emphasizing training and capability development in structural design and analysis. Rushabh holds a Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Linköping University and two Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from KLE Institute of Technology and Bapuji Institute of Engineering & Technology. Early education was completed at Polyfibres Junior College and The Aditya Birla Public School.
