Sven-Olof Hermansson

Sven-Olof Hermansson is an accomplished professional in hardware design and management, currently serving as the Head of Hardware Design for a product family at Saab since August 2025. Prior to this, Sven-Olof held various managerial roles at ESAB from January 2011 to August 2025, including overseeing Power Electronics Design, Control Electronics Design, and Mechanical Design, as well as leading cross-functional teams in the development of Welding Power Sources. Sven-Olof's earlier experience at Ericsson from March 2002 to January 2011 comprised managing mechanical design for indoor base stations and project management of power solutions, showcasing a solid foundation in both design and project leadership across the technology sector.
