Urban Lennheimer

Urban Lennheimer has a wealth of experience in the defense and telecommunications industries. Urban started their career in 1993 at Ericsson, where they worked as a Design Engineer and later as an Advisory Engineer. Urban then progressed to Deputy General Manager and eventually General Manager, specializing in Project Management and Business Solutions for Ericsson Microwave Systems. In 2006, Urban joined Saab as the Sales & Marketing Director for India. Urban then held various leadership positions, including Director of Product Development, Vice President of Business Development & Strategy, and Vice President and Deputy Head of Business Unit Surface Radar Solutions. Currently, Urban is the Chief Venture and Partnership Officer for Business Area Surveillance at Saab AB.

Urban Lennheimer holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, which they obtained from 1988 to 1993. Urban also attended the Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education, where they completed the FEM - Executive Management Program from 2012 to 2013 and the Business Excellence Program in 2009. Additionally, they pursued the Global Perspectives program at the Ericsson Management Institute from 2001 to 2002.
