Agnes Ntombela has a diverse work experience in the conference and events industry. Agnes started their career in 2000 as a Sales Coordinator at Hilton International Hotel, where they worked until 2006. Agnes then moved on to Birchwood Hotel & O R Tambo Conference Centre, working as a Conference and Events Coordinator from 2006 to 2008. After that, they joined Emperors Palace as a Senior Conference and Events Coordinator from 2008 to 2011.

In 2011, Agnes joined the Southern African Association for the Conference Industry (SAACI), where they held two roles.
