Sankar Ragothaman

Sankar Ragothaman is an accomplished engineering and innovation leader with extensive experience in developing AI-driven solutions. Currently serving as Director of Engineering and Innovation at Saal.ai since February 2018, Sankar is responsible for creating the DigiXT platform, enabling data-driven organizations to leverage insights through a comprehensive data journey. Previously, as Head of Architecture and Innovations at CurioLearn, Sankar developed a conversational AI assistant for Ministry of Education students and engaged in various AI initiatives within Abu Dhabi government departments. Prior roles included Solution Architect at Alef Education Consultancy, where Sankar contributed to the MVP release for educational products, and Lead Architect at Micro Focus, where numerous impactful technology prototypes were developed. Sankar began a career in technology as an Assistant Manager at HCL Infosystems, culminating in notable achievements in network management software and product innovations. Sankar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University.
