Saalfeld Griggs PC | Business Lawyers

Saalfeld Griggs PC is a firm of business lawyers and litigators, with clients in Oregon, Washington, and the Pacific Northwest. Our firm is large enough to handle complex litigation and business transactions, and small enough to develop close working relationships with our clients. Our goal is to learn about your business, understand your needs and goals, and efficiently develop a practical and cost-effective legal strategy. We have experience and knowledge to represent clients in these practice areas: Business & Taxation, Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy, Estate Planning & Probate, Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation, Employment Law, Litigation, Real Property & Land Use, and Eminent Domain. We work with many clients in these industries: Agri-Business, Construction, Dental Practices, Banking & Financial Services, Medical Practices & Health Care, and Winery, Vineyard & Brewery. We provide our clients with effective strategies and innovative solutions. When a problem is large or complex enough to cross practice areas, the teams work together to share their expertise to the benefit of the client. The firm is the only Oregon member of LEGUS, a worldwide association of prestigious medium-sized independent law firms. We have found the ability to collaborate with colleagues in other jurisdictions is often a significant benefit to our clients whose business interests take them beyond the borders of Oregon.
