Geetika Saxena serves as the Global Head of Human Resources at Saama, bringing over 24 years of leadership experience in HR strategy, transformation, and strategic communications across IT and healthcare services. At Saama, she leads the global people's agenda with a strong focus on building a future-ready workforce, accelerating workforce transformation, and strengthening a culture of performance, engagement, and inclusion.
Before joining Saama, Geetika spent over four years at Tech Mahindra, where she spearheaded enterprise-wide transformation programs that advanced business agility, change management, user adoption, and communication governance across a global workforce of 85,000+ associates. Prior to that, she spent more than a decade at Cognizant, heading HR for its $5-billion Life Sciences and Healthcare business unit and leading several high-impact talent initiatives. Her early career at Genpact further broadened her expertise in HR operations, consulting, policy design, and shared services.
Geetika holds a BCA in Computer Science from Osmania University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management. Based in Chennai, she is passionate about wellness and enjoys Zumba and spending quality time with her family.
