Matt Voigt

Matt Voigt is the CEO and co-founder of Saambaa, a Chicago-based real estate development company. Matt has over 20 years of experience in the industry, starting with Capital One in 1998. In 2002, they co-founded VitalStaff Medical Professionals, and in 2003 they founded Voigt Development, LLC. Throughout their career, Matt has focused on providing unique urban living environments and has developed property across multiple sectors including residential rental, residential condo, commercial office, and land entitlement. Matt has also overseen land acquisition, architectural design, complex zoning, TIF application, financing, construction, and sales for all projects. In December 2010, Matt sold Voigt Development to focus on their new company, Saambaa.
