Nithin Rao

Nithin Rao is an experienced manufacturing controller and Industry 4.0 leader at SaarGummi Group since May 2018. Prior to this role, Nithin worked as a program engineer at RGBSI, providing consulting services for automotive Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies across multiple countries. Nithin's past experience also includes roles as a graduate teaching assistant at Michigan Technological University, training manager at RESOURCE INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT INDIA PVT LTD where involvement included Six Sigma projects, design engineer at Geometric Ltd. contributing to Six Sigma implementations, and research assistant at Quality Treaters focused on standard work documentation and inspections. Nithin holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, an MBA in Operations Management from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
