Philip acquired a comprehensive understanding of construction working from carpentry tradesman through custom homebuilding entrepreneur over a 25-year time span before joining the Saarman estimating team in 2012. This knowledge, combined with a prior background and education in the Arts, supplement his capacity to visualize complete architectural assemblies and anticipate the requirements for their execution. Philip’s experience coordinating and accounting for multiple sub-trades executing complex designs, and his ability to clearly communicate project requirements and provisions, are pivotal in promoting a clear understanding for all.
