Sadzid Suljic

Sadzid Suljic has a strong background in software engineering and development. Sadzid currently serves as a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer at saas.group, where they work on feature development and maintenance for the website juicer.io. Sadzid has also introduced tracking tools for product analytics and initiated a migration to Hotwire.

Prior to their current role, Sadzid worked as a Software Engineer at Passare, Inc. from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they co-founded Vorta and served as the CTO from 2017 to 2022. Sadzid also worked as a Software Developer at Up and Running Software, Inc. from 2016 to 2020.

Earlier in their career, Sadzid gained experience as a Senior Engineer at Atlantbh Sarajevo, where they worked on writing Ruby, JavaScript, and Java code for the placelab.com platform. Sadzid was responsible for developing POCs, integrating them into the architecture, and managing the production environment on Heroku and AWS. Additionally, they mentored interns on Ruby on Rails projects during internship programs.

Sadzid began their professional journey as an Intern at Authority Partners Inc. in 2014 and also served as a Microsoft Student Partner at Microsoft BiH from 2013 to 2014.

Sadzid Suljic earned a Master of Engineering (M.E.) degree in Computing and Informatics from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Sarajevo. Sadzid attended this institution from 2011 to 2019.
