Nikil Ravi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution engineering and investor relations. Currently serving as Manager of Solution Engineering at Freshworks since March 2018, Nikil holds several titles within the organization, including Lead Solution Engineer and Senior Partner Solution Engineer, focusing on mid-market and enterprise deals while collaborating with partners on solution use cases and objections. Nikil also manages investor relations for SaaS Insider since May 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a JDA i2 Demand Manager Product Consultant at Cognizant, where support was provided to a client and demand planners across North and South America. Nikil's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sri Sairam Engineering College and further studies at various institutions.
