Anubhav Ajmera has been working in the software development industry since 2019. In 2021, they started working at InstaSell as a Product Analyst, where they integrated Amplitude and Google Play Console with the codebase and analyzed metrics on the Retool-based dashboard. Anubhav also improved the user experience and design of the platform, leading to an increase in user onboarding by 20%, and divided most active users into user groups and interviewed them to explore their pain points, increasing retention by 15%. In 2021, they also worked at Everwell Health Solutions as a Software Engineer, where they restructured the existing codebase, coded reusable components that improved the code reusability by 15%, and prepared technical documentation for the whole project. Additionally, they implemented OpenLayer maps to visualize the distribution of oxygen production plants and locations where oxygen is required. In 2021, they also worked at Docs2Meds as a Flutter Developer, where they accelerated the product design and development process by 35% using scrum and tools like Trello and JIRA. Anubhav also aligned the stakeholders with the product development process. In 2019, they worked at Coding Club BITS Pilani as an App Development Team Lead, where they ideated the concept of virtual coins that can be redeemed at events and contributed to UX Design. Anubhav also built a ‘Pokemon-GO’ type location-based AR coin collection as an added incentive. In 2020, they worked at Cograd as a Counselling Gurus- Application Development Manager, where they developed the product vision, strategy and product roadmap on Trello. Anubhav also worked at Presto as a Product Development Manager, where they wrote detailed user stories for two user personas and collaborated with the founders to establish the business model. In 2020, they also worked at Qc4 Application as a Flutter Developer, where they created user personas for buyers and sellers to analyze user pain points and build features to solve their problems. Additionally, they worked at Ecom Express Private Limited as a Web Application Developer, where they built an end-to-end frontend design of the simulation platform considering Dynamic Rerouting and Network Reliability. Anubhav also integrated JS libraries (Leaflet Routing Machine and Folium) to implement the map and routing feature that to track live routes of the trucks for oxygen distribution. Currently, Anubhav Ajmera is working at SaaS Labs as a Software Development Engineer and at Insurjo as a Product Learner.

Anubhav Ajmera is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2022.
