Santa Singh

Santa Singh began their career in 2016 as an Associate Director of Engineering at SaaS Labs US, Inc. Santa was then promoted to Manager of Product & Design and later to Sr. iOS & Web Engineer. In the same year, they joined Justcall.io as a Sr. Voice Engineer, where they were responsible for helping to empower sales and customer success teams to make international calls from a local number. Santa also helped to build a CRM and call-recording feature.

Santa Singh completed their high school education from Guru Tegh Bahadur 3rd Centenary Public School, where they obtained a CBSE Board in Science Non Medical in 2012. Santa then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, which they completed in 2016. During their time at university, they obtained four certifications from Aspiring Minds - AMCAT Certified Data Processing Specialist, AMCAT Certified Proficiency in English, AMCAT Certified Telesales Professional, and AMCAT Certified in English Comprehension - in March 2015.
