Marcelo Dorio

Marcelo DoRio serves as a Board Member at the Center for Large Landscape Conservation since November 2022, focusing on ecological connectivity and wildlife habitat protection. Additionally, Marcelo is part of the Board of Advisors for Instituto Taquari Vivo since May 2021, which aims to promote sustainable development in the Pantanal region. Holding multiple venture partner roles at SaaSholic and Mergus Ventures, Marcelo assists in building innovative companies from inception to IPO. Marcelo also mentors businesses in various Techstars accelerator programs and has been involved with Flieber and Ripened Ventures as an angel investor. As a founder and Board Member at Vezpa Franchises from September 2009 to June 2021, Marcelo contributed to investment and strategic decisions. Educationally, Marcelo has completed the Stanford Distinguished Careers Institute and multiple executive education programs at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
