Frosina Stojanovska is a Software Support Engineer at SAASPASS, where responsibilities include providing technical assistance and troubleshooting software-related issues to enhance customer satisfaction. Previously, Frosina held roles as a Software Quality Assurance Tester, focusing on validating software functionality and conducting user-centric testing, and as a Technical Writer, developing comprehensive documentation throughout the software development lifecycle. Frosina began their career as a Software Engineer intern at IntellaQuest. With a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering in Skopje and training from the ADEVA Female Bootcamp, Frosina possesses a strong foundation in the technology sector.
