Dana Jung has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. In 2005, they worked as a Residential Marketing Manager at LeadDog Marketing Group. They later worked as a Marketing Intern at Free Media Group and as a Marketing Consultant at Clear Channel Radio. In 2009, they transitioned to education and served as an Assistant Director of Admissions at The Art Institute of California - San Francisco. In 2011, they worked as a User Experience Intern at Hydil LLC and later as an Interactive Designer and Social Media Content Manager at COG1. In 2012, they became a UI/UX Designer at Bertram Capital. From 2015-2016, they worked as a Lead UI Designer at TEAM. (teaching everyone about mental health). In 2016, they joined Pandora, and until 2023, they served as a Sr. Visual Designer and UI/UX Designer, where they designed mobile and web assets and integrated marketing campaigns and created a comprehensive design system. In June 2023, they will join SAASTEPS as the Director of Brand & GTM.
Dana Jung earned a Bachelor of Science in Business/Marketing from San Francisco State University from 2002 to 2007. Later, they pursued an Associate of Science in Web Design & Interactive Media from The Art Institute of California - San Francisco between 2011 and 2012.
