Tuula Heikkinen

Tuula Heikkinen serves as the Vice President of Consumer Business at Telia since January 2010, having previously held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Vice President of Customer Channels and Director of Customer Insight and Analytics. Additionally, Tuula is a Board Member at Säästöpankkiryhmä since March 2020 and has experience in various capacities at TeliaSonera from 2000 to 2008. Previous roles also include Group Manager at Stora Enso and Project Manager at Enso Group. Tuula holds two Master’s degrees, one in Industrial Engineering from LUT University and another in Operations Management and Manufacturing Systems from the University of Nottingham.
