Lauren Glader (McMullen)

Lauren (McMullen) Glader has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lauren started their career as a Communications Supervisor and Small Groups Sales Representative at The Beach Waterpark, where they managed office operations and handled customer inquiries. Lauren then transitioned to the role of Group Sales Account Executive, where they planned and sold the water park to corporate groups.

In 2011, Lauren moved on to work as a Promotional Marketing Specialist at Red Hot Promotions. In this role, they served as the main point of contact for promotional marketing inquiries and orders, coordinating between clients and graphic designers to ensure project fulfillment. Lauren also maintained the production schedule and organized meetings to keep the team on track.

Since 2014, Lauren has been with Saatchi & Saatchi X, initially starting as a Project Coordinator. Over the years, they have progressed to Senior Project Implementation Manager, Associate Director, and currently holds the position of Director, overseeing project leadership and implementation.
