Lisa O'Donnell, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Lisa began their career as a Marketing Assistant at Windowizards in 2006 and worked there until 2009. Following that, they joined TEAM Enterprises as a Promotional Specialist from 2008 to 2011. In 2009, they joined FreeAxez as an Account Executive, handling commercial advertising and managing relationships with customers and partners. Lisa stayed with FreeAxez until 2012. In 2012, they joined The ODM Group as a Project Manager for Brand Marketing, where they directed and maintained project scopes and created presentations for executive leadership teams. Lisa worked at The ODM Group until 2013.

From 2013 onwards, Lisa joined Saatchi & Saatchi, where they held various roles. Lisa started as an Account Executive and worked in that position until 2016. In 2016, they were promoted to Account Supervisor and held that role until 2018. As an Account Supervisor, they evaluated partnership behavior and identified industry trends for development and strategy. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Management Supervisor, Automotive, Tier II at Saatchi & Saatchi. In this role, they led mass media strategies for B2B and B2C campaign efforts, evaluated partnership behavior, and governed sport programming for major professional teams in the Philadelphia market.

Currently, Lisa holds the position of Director/Client Operations Lead, Tier I at Saatchi & Saatchi, starting in October 2021.

Lisa O'Donnell holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Strategic Leadership from Rutgers Business School. Lisa completed their MBA in 2022. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communications and Applied Technology from Drexel University. Lisa also holds an Associate Degree in Business from Camden County College. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Notary Public certification from the State of New Jersey in April 2011.
