Catherine DeRose SHRM-SCP, CCA is a seasoned Human Resources executive with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at SAB Biotherapeutics, Catherine focuses on supporting innovative therapeutic approaches for Type-1 diabetes. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Catalyst Pharmaceuticals, where Catherine contributed to building scalable infrastructure for growth, and at AVEO Oncology, where a high-performance workforce was established for oncology products. Catherine has held significant HR leadership positions across various companies, including Zealand Pharma A/S, Flash Global, and AmerTac, showcasing a strong ability to drive organizational initiatives and support strategic goals.
